Time to come out of the darkness!  I have found a good source of retro wallpaper and am hooked.  It’s my new passion as well as peeling paint which I’m determined to start including in paintings.

The house is back to normal now, everyone back to work/school/uni and overseas.  It’s a bit gloomy, think I’m revisiting empty-nest syndrome but no, wait a minute, the house is tidy(ish), I’m not constantly finding an empty cardboard middle on the loo-roll holder at precisely the wrong moment and if I want to eat sardines on toast for dinner, I can.  Can’t be all bad.
