I needed a spot of yellow to cheer up yet another dreary day.   Now I’ve heard that we’re in for frosts and sub-zero temperatures over the next couple of nights.  What is going on?!  Yesterday our tiny village lane was flooded – a river ran through it.  The dog wasn’t impressed at all and kept wanting to turn back on our walk.  He’s a bit of a pansy for a Jack Russell …….still,  soggy feet are no fun.
