Hoorah! The sun is out. I am in the attic working on commissions but keep creeping downstairs into the garden on the most flimsy of pretexts. Must just check that pigeon isn’t eating my peas, must just let the dog out, must just hang out the washing………….and so it goes on. Easilydistracted……….moi? According to my school reports it is an innate quality.
I sympathise, Penny. We have had so little sun this summer so far that the minute it shines, we want to be out in it.
You really do make beautiful paintings, Penny, so sneaking into the sun must be all part of what makes it happen.
