Same plums, different approach.  It’s a hive of activity here with me painting in the attic,  my son  fitting out my studio for me and my daughter revising for GCSE mocks, poor thing.  Just in case she’s having too much fun, I’m taking her to the dentist later………..bless.  As I’m in the mood for reviews this week, if you’re heading up to the north lakes, a great place to stay isHawksdale Lodge near Dalston (www.hawksdalelodge.co.uk) – a lovely house with fantastic views, great hosts and……….some of my paintings.
