Damsons and jug
Jobber’s returned from his pre-work dog walk with these wild damsons last week. They grow on a tree in our lane and drop and get squished by the cars as the day progresses. You have to be early to get them in one piece…..which he normally is. I, on the other hand, at that ungodly hour can be found sipping tea in bed…shocking!
Somebody saw this painting in preview as it was drying and bought it but I’m quite inspired by these little fellers so am hoping to do more.
I like this one Penny, so clean and fresh. I’ve just done an article on colourful greys, and this perfectly illustrates the point that you don’t need full colour for a painting to sing
Thanks Steve…high praise indeed!
Damson wine , ready for Christmas !
Now there’s a thought Barbara……had never crossed my mind 😉
