Back in Pakistan and just going through the usual jet-lag fiasco. How can it be that you go to bed exhausted having not slept and then can’t sleep! Anyway, moan over. The sun is shining so it snot all. This is somebody’s belated Christmas present, requested before the big day but I didn’t have time until today to do it.

I took delivery of a pheasant yesterday for a large painting so I have been busy doing mock-ups for it. Here’s a painting that sold at the Country Living fair in November which I didn’t get round to posting. Tomorrow I shall do a warm-up daily before tackling the pheasant.
